You'll learn what strength is and how muscle growth comes about. We are going to convert this theory into a deeper level of programming training courses. You'll learn how to apply this to individual clients. You'll write a program, apply it yourself and we'll evaluate it in class.

Nutrition & lifestyle

Using the biopsychosocial model, you'll learn to understand the complexity of changes in diet and lifestyle. You'll then learn how to prescribe personal and concrete action through an intake. This knowledge improves the effectiveness of your programs and enriches you with a broader perspective as a holistic trainer.

This lesson is the rehearsal for the exam. We'll cover intake and interview techniques. You'll create an intake structure and form based on what you've learned in the course. In the practical class, you'll receive targeted feedback on your work. After that, you'll take an intake with a fellow student.
